The Space

As you enter the home, the wood-burning fireplace welcomes you to curl up on the couch, play games with your family and friends, or watch the sun dance across the mountains outside. There is a newly remodeled kitchen with a dining room set for 8. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor both with king-size beds. The main-floor bathroom includes a tub/shower combo with dual sinks. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are included so you can leave your big bottles at home!

The upstairs has another king-size master retreat with a nook for working remotely or quietly reading a book. The on-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with double shower heads. There is a loft space upstairs perfect for sipping a glass of wine or taking a mid-day nap.

The downstairs is fun for all ages. The kids will squeal with delight as they enter their very own bunkbed room. With 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, they can have the sleepover they have been dreaming about! They also can pull up a beanbag to read their favorite book or play a game on the Wii. End your day relaxing in the family room watching a movie or playing pool.

The property sits on over an acre of land with a top deck overlooking the mountains. Parking is easy for multiple cars in a private driveway that leads up to the house. Cook up some steaks on the outdoor grill and then take your favorite beverage to go soak in the 7-person hot tub outside on the patio.

Our family loves to travel and being raised in Montana and Maine we realized there are so many beautiful parts to see. We settled in Colorado as each season brings a new adventure.

Our children ski in the Breckenridge Bombers program and the cabin has given us the chance to relax after a fun day of skiing. In the summer, we love to hike and our kids accomplished their first 14er (14,000 foot mountain) last year, Mt. Sherman, which is one of the peaks visible from the deck of the cabin.

This place is awesome, must rent. The host responds quickly and gives awesome tips on what to do. Everything was super clean and the hot tub is big and easy to use. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a cabin feel with incredible views.

The Alpine was the perfect getaway to escape from the city. 15 minutes down the mountain to Fairplay and 45 minutes to Breckenridge. The views of the mountains from the back deck were the perfect backdrop at all hours of the day. The host answered all questions we had prior and during our stay.
